We are an authorized service center with Sprint Nextel.  We can repair your phone or smart phone device. 

To expedite our repair process, we must have the problems demonstrated for us at the store.  This will ensure we charge you the proper amount for the repair and that it qualifies for right repair services.  We can do diagnosis may problems, but ghost or intermittent problems are the hardest for us to solve.

If you are experiencing dropped calls or low signal strenght, this is mostly an issue with the network and we cannot solve this matter in our store.  There are instances where poor network reception is due to handset defects, and these problems we can fix.  Bring your phone in and we can compare it with our other active units to see if there is a significant difference in reception.

We highly encourage Sprint customers take advantage of the Equipment Service and Repair Program.  This service allows you to get repairs without paying any more than your $4.00 service charge per month.  Phone damage repairs for broken parts now run $99 or $120 dollars, this quickly pays for itself if you need extra help from us to get things done for you.   

Here is our walk-in service charges and categories of repair.  (New as July 20th 2008)  We have a a new program for service and repair that categorizes repairs into three categories.

 Software upgrades, unlocking phones, phone book swaps, and phone book prints  (FREE) Normal Wear and Tear: 

Mechanical and or electrical failures, routine maintenance, and failure from normal wear and tear.

Physical Damage:

 Cracked/Broken housing, cracked or separated flip/hinge, cracked or bleeding LCD, cracked or broken lenses, and broken charging ports.

If we cannot repair the units and you qualify for the repair services, we can order another refurbrished unit from our warehouse to replace your unit.  Sometimes, if you have a new unit (within 3 months of model release) you will get a new model back for the repair service.  The charges for swapping a phone in this way depends on the phone damage as above.  This is because the repair will be repaired offsite by our central facility rather than locally at our location. 

Lastly, we do provide services to help our customers that are not required of us by Sprint.

1.  We provide a loaner phone for $10.00 per week so you are not without a phone and can still have communications if your phone takes longer to repair.

2.  We provide liquid damage services for $50.00.  We first provide an assessment for $20.00 (Cleaning, Inspection, & Recommendation).  An additional $30.00 is assessed if we can get the unit working.  This is a thorough cleaning of all components of the device in an attempt to rescue the phone.  If it is not able to be rescued because there is to much corrosion on the circuit boards, then we will not charge for the additional $30.00.  Our success rate highly depends on how soon you bring us the unit after the initial exposure to liquids.  If you bring it to us within 24 hours, our chances of a successful save increase dramatically.
