If you have sprint or nextel, this is a one stop shop - everything you could need, from sales to repairs, they do it. The staff seemed very knowledgable, and I did not feel like I was being sold on anything I didn’t want or need - just helpful and honest recommendations based on what I was looking for (which happened to be a phone that plays mp3s). I got a great deal and left the store feeling good about my purchase.

Bijan was very helpful and helped me save a lot of money because I found out that the Instinct is cheaper than Apple’s iPhone. I love the new Instinct phone from Sprint because it has the same feature and functionality as the iPhone but CHEAPER. I didn’t know about the Instincts feature until the staff helped me understand the great phone. The staff are more knowledgeable and honestly want to help you compared to other phone stores like Verizon. I was surprised about the first review because the staff was friendly and helpful. I notice other customers were quickly being helped by the staff so I didn’t see any disgruntled customers.

I wanted to let you know how awesome and helpful the staff at this store was! I was impressed with they aren’t considered a “real” Sprint store, however, they’ve provided me with better service than a “real” Sprint store.
In particular, their employee, Bijan, was extremely thorough, helpful and courteous. He took the time to troubleshoot my phone and thoroughly explain my options. The only solution was to replace it and he told me about the free manufacturer warranty. Yeah!
He saved me lots of time and money and headache!
I read the 1st review and was surprised. When I walked in, they’ve helped me as soon as they finished with the first customers.

Don and Jim helped me remember what great customer service after the sale means when I bought my new Palm 755P. There’s no problem these guys weren’t willing to help me solve and they were consistently friendly and helpful. I definitely know where I’ll be shopping when it’s time for new stuff and I recommend you do too!

Don Khamapirad knew that I had been looking to purchase a PDA and was kind enough to advise me when Guide Services was having a sale. When I visited the store, Bijan was very helpful in guiding me to the device that best suited my needs. Because Don took the trouble to notify me, I was able to save a couple of hundred dollars on a Treo 755. Since my purchase, he has been very helpful when I have had questions about using my new Treo. From advising me of the sale to helping me select my device to following through after the sale, my experience at Guide Services has been wonderful. I couldn’t be happier.

Very professional.Don not only solved our problems but had enough incite to realize that my friend, who has the account, had some disabilities and he went out of his way to explain things to her so she would understand and made a very good effort in a professional but kind way to do both Sprint and the Client a service. It is rare to see this. Consider him for upwardly mobile moves within the company. I know I can trust what Don tells me and that is what is important.

Cell phones and plans. It is all Greek. Don not only worked around my hectic schedule, but came to my office and took time to translate the cell phone bill from the other company into English.
He analyzed my needs as a business owner for the equipment and plan that fit me and was the most helpful person.
Thanks Guide!!

I will never buy a cell phone online again. If you value service in the event you ever need any help with your phone, I highly recommend Guide Services. They are a SPRINT store.

Al and his team at the SPRINT store pulled out all the stops and went the extra mile to make sure that I went home with a working TREO. He even went so far as to make the annoying calls to the provider to get me hooked up. Now that’s redefining my definition of service, particularly from a cell phone/wireless vendor. Check it out for yourself!

I stephen nunley purchased a laptop in Mountain View on June 20, 2007. I drove to the Mountain View Sprint store to purchase the Sprint mobile broadband. Don, a kind sales associate, was very nice and patient when he connected the Sprint mobile Broadband to connect me online. When he experienced some difficulty in the initial connection, he called the Sprint technical Support lline for additional service. This, by the way occurred after store hours. I insisted on returning the next day for the connection. He turned me down. He wanted to help me then and there and not have me come back the following day, though the store was closed.
Saturday, June 23rd I was in aparking lot when I tried to go online with my laptop in my truck. It did not happen. I drove to the Mountain View store. Don, again, assited me. He informed that the Broadband service was working okay. Then he trouble shot a technical problem that I was having with my ipod. Everything is okay.
Don and Al are great sales associates for your company. I will tell all my friends about the superior service that I received while in the store. Hopefully, i can convince my friends to change their existing phone service and come to the Sprint store. Thank you for taking the time to read this email.
